Description

CueSee® CO-OX is a revolutionary control for CO-oximeters with real hemoglobin derivatives performing like patient samples. Packaged in the ACU-Drop II, a two chambered device, which keeps the FO2Hb and FCOHb separated from the FMetHb providing relevant ranges of all Hb fractions. Once ready to use, simply push a button to mix the fractions and use the built-in dropper bottle or attach a syringe to test. The all-in-one container reduces pre-analytical errors and provides reliable results due to reduction in matrix interferences. Currently available in 5 clinical levels with proven performance on all common CO-oximeters. It is ideal for routine quality control, method comparisons, reportable range validation, linearity studies and competency testing.

Products are offered as a QC bundle (Level 1,3,5) and as a VM Bundle (Level 1,2,3,4,5).

Intended Use

Eurotrol CueSee® CO-OX is a real hemoglobin control intended for professional use in the verification of the precision and accuracy of CO-oximeters measuring total hemoglobin (tHb) and fractions of Hb-derivatives Oxyhemoglobin (FO2Hb), Carboxyhemoglobin (FCOHb) and Methemoglobin (FMetHb). The purpose of this quality control is to check wavelength and absorbance calibration and other performance related characteristics.
